We work with Architects and Designers so that they can prepare glass structures for tender and construction.

This means that we are engaged as specialist glass engineers as part of the team and are quite often appointed directly by the client.

Our fees typically cover the following type of input.

1. Visiting the site
2. Attending design meetings with their team
3. Preparing structural sketches of the glass assemblies
4. Sizing the primary glass elements
5. Advising the Architect on perimeter conditions, weather proofing etc.
6. Preparing a structural performance specification to be included in Tender documents
7. Commenting on the glass contractors shop drawings.
